At KUNTS LIVE FOREVER, every item is made to order, produced specifically for you after purchase. Because of this custom production model, returns are handled a little differently than traditional retail.
If we make a mistake, we fix it. Period.
Fit & Sizing
We want you to love what you wear.
Please review product sizing charts carefully before ordering, as most items are made to order and cannot be returned for routine size exchanges.
General Fit Notes
- Most tees run true to size
- If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up
- If you have sizing questions before ordering, contact us and we’ll help
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)
We’ll make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Returns / Non-Returnable Items
Because products are custom made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color or preference changes
- Mistakes made during checkout
- Normal minor print placement or color variations
Fit Assistance
If there’s a fit issue and something feels off, reach out.
While routine size returns may not be possible due to made-to-order production, we want customers happy and will review concerns case by case.
We make this gear to be worn — if something is genuinely wrong, we’ll work to make it right.
Lost or Delivery Issues
If your package appears lost or tracking shows unusual issues, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner.

United Kingdom & Eligible International Orders
For customers in the United Kingdom, consumer protection laws may provide additional return rights.
If your order was shipped to the United Kingdom, you may request a return for eligible non-defective items within 14 days of delivery for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong size
- Preference / style change
- Gift no longer needed
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may be exempt from cancellation rights where applicable under UK consumer law.
