At KUNTS LIVE FOREVER, all products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment process. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction with the design or style

Customers are encouraged to review size charts, product descriptions, and all available details prior to completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)

You may request a replacement or refund. To do so, please contact us at kuntsliveforever@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. Include:

  • A photo of the item and visible issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number

We will evaluate the request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

If a refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
