Welcome to KUNTS LIVE FOREVER (“KLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — independent apparel built outside the corporate machine. By accessing kuntsliveforever.com, using our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of this website, products, and services offered through KUNTS LIVE FOREVER. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to these Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Shipping and Returns policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site or place an order.

By using this site, you represent that you have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Production

Most products are produced using a made-to-order print-on-demand model, meaning:

  • Production begins after your order is submitted
  • Items are produced specifically for each order
  • Inventory may be limited or unavailable without notice
  • Product availability may change at any time

Because many products are custom produced, certain orders may be non-returnable except as described in our Returns Policy.

4. Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Because production can begin quickly, order changes or cancellations may only be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory/production issues.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, product availability, or specifications without notice.

In the event of typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies related to products or availability, we reserve the right to correct those errors and cancel or refuse affected orders if necessary.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store payment card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners.

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and not delivery guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or natural events
  • Supply disruptions
  • Labor interruptions
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is provided to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom made-to-order, returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes are generally not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

8. Sizing & Product Variations

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase.

Due to screen settings, garment materials, and production methods, slight variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, graphics, logos, designs, product names, text, and branding — is the property of KUNTS LIVE FOREVER or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Harassment, abuse, or defamation
  • Uploading malicious code
  • Spamming or fraudulent activity
  • Infringing intellectual property rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUNTS LIVE FOREVER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or technical outages.
